Erika Wilke is an accomplished marketing leader with over 15 years of experience driving digital transformation in the insurance industry, specializing in B2C strategy and campaign execution. In her current role at Allstate, she leads the delivery of local marketing programs across digital, traditional, and content channels—helping drive customer acquisition, brand visibility, and advancing strategic growth across the Allstate agency network. Erika is inspired every day by the opportunity to support small business owners—helping local agents grow their presence, connect with their communities, and build lasting success.

Prior to Allstate, Erika held key marketing roles at Butler/Till and State Farm, where she managed complex national and hyperlocal marketing programs. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Warner University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from SUNY Brockport, and she maintains multiple certifications in AI, digital marketing, and analytics.
