
Christina Radigan
Christina Radigan is the SVP, Chief Research Officer of OUTFRONT Media, leading the research and measurement efforts for the organization, uniting data-driven marketing strategies with business outcomes to advance OUTFRONT's role in the marketplace and advertisers' media mix. She works across the company's research, marketing, sales and programmatic teams.
With over 20 years of OOH industry experience, Christina has also served as the Chief Marketing Officer of the OAAA where she led committees and industry initiatives to advance programmatic & direct transactions of OOH, marketing mix modeling/multi-touch attribution, OOH Impression & Digital OOH Exposure Measurement, Creative Best Practices and more.
Throughout her tenure in Out of Home, Christina has worked tirelessly alongside colleagues and clients developing strategy and measurement solutions to bring OOH into the omnichannel ecosystem.
Christina spent over 15 years at Omnicom Media Group. As Managing Director of Marketing & Communications, she oversaw new business development and ensured that the organization’s practices, communication and ultimately implementation evangelized the company’s corporate culture and mission. With a passion for research, Christina applied insights and data analytics to provide greater acumen to the company’s marketing and strategic planning approaches. While at Omnicom Media Group, Christina implemented a collaborative and integrated programmatic DOOH approach to ensure that the expertise of OOH planners was united with that of programmatic traders.
As an active member of the OOH industry, Christina serves on agency advisory boards and committees for OAAA, Geopath, DP-AA, IAB and has recently accepted an appointment to the Board of the MRC.
